Sellers Terms/ Warranty Information- Apex Magnetics

All Devices and Applicators are built to order.

All Products come with 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in workmanship and component failure.

Seller has No Refund Policy-Once an order has been placed, production starts (which means the sales agreement is signed and 50% deposit is paid).

When the device and coils are completed, the balance is due. This must be paid prior to shipping the device.

• We will repair or replace items, which are deemed as defective or have failed under normal usage during the warranty period.
• We will accept return in the case that the wrong item was sent, as long as the item is in new condition.
• Reason for return-part or device is not operating as intended, the buyer is responsible for shipping to/from Apex Magnetics.
