 Terms & Conditions - Apex Magnetics

 1. Order Process
All Apex Magnetics PEMF equipment is built-to-order to customer specifications. Orders are initiated via contact request. A formal Sales Agreement with final specifications, pricing, and lead time will be provided for signature.

2. Payment Terms
- **50% non-refundable deposit** required to begin production
- **Balance due** upon completion, prior to shipment
- Production begins only after signed agreement and deposit received

 3. Returns & Refunds
All products are manufactured per buyer specifications.
**All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted once production commences.**
Deposits are non-refundable.

4. Lead Time
- Aura 9000 PEMF Device: 4-6 weeks after deposit
- Aura 7500 PEMF Device: 6-8 weeks after deposit 
- PEMF Coils: 2-3 weeks after deposit
Lead times are estimates. Buyer will be notified of completion date.

 5. Warranty
2-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Remedy is repair or replacement only. Warranty does not constitute a right to refund.

6. Shipping
Free shipping within Continental US. Buyer responsible for international duties/taxes. Title transfers upon shipment.
